We have received many questions about how the Tribunals service will continue their processes during this unprecedented time. We can assure you that whilst their way of working may have changed, Tribunals will still be processed.
You may find that your case is heard “on the papers” which means that the Tribunal team will look at the evidence that has been sent in and make a decision. The other option is that they may do a remote hearing which could include a video and/or telephone hearing (teleconferencing).
SENDIASS Leicester can still support with these cases, and we would also be provided details from the Tribunal service to support where appropriate.
If you have a hearing scheduled for the coming weeks, please contact the Tribunals service directly (using the number on your confirmation letter). You could also contact us to help with this process.
