We would like to invite our patients, service users, and carers to Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust (LPT) Quality Improvement Conference.
Building on the success of last year’s Quality Improvement Conference 2018, we are pleased to announce that we will be hosting, in conjunction with De Montfort University, our Quality Improvement Conference 2019 on Friday 22nd November, once again at The Venue, De Montfort University, Leicester, for staff, patients, service users, carers, and others.
Our conference, will be co-hosted by one of our service users, and there will other service users and carers helping out throughout the day who have also been involved in the planning of the conference, and the conference will also feature the launch of LPT’s trust-wide quality improvement approach; The Knowledge Improvement Hub.
Come and meet the members of the Hub, visit the ‘Market Place’ of stalls to see what improvement projects and ideas there have been over the past year, and hear about quality improvement journeys in café conversations.
There will be speakers, poster competitions, and the Listening into Action Celebration of Success Award, and there will be chances to hear about quality improvement initiatives that you may like to get involved with.
A hot lunch will be included, as well as covering your reasonable travel costs.
You are welcome to bring a someone along for support if required, please advise us of this person when booking a space.
There will also be a prayer room, and a quiet space available for those that would like to make use of them during the day..
