Advice
This is more specific and detailed advice about SEND processes and procedures, which is relevant to your situation. We will provide you with advice about your options and signpost you to any other services or agencies who can help you. This is provided by email or a pre-booked telephone appointment.
Support
In some exceptional cases we can provide face to face support for a specified period of support undertaken with an agreement of specifically what this will address.
