Crisis helpline for vulnerable people Rutland County Council have a dedicated crisis helpline if you have been impacted by coronavirus (COVID-19) and have no one to support you. The helpline is available if you are following the government’s ‘shielding’ guidance and have concerns about: getting food getting your medicines feeling isolated and you need some support The crisis helpline is also available if you don’t meet the government’s criteria for ‘extremely vulnerable’ but do need immediate support. If you are vulnerable, self-isolating, have no one to get you food and medicines and are not in receipt of a government food parcel, please call.
